Our leadership spans strategic planning, healthcare workforce development, government relations, and private-sector consulting to build sustainable organizational capacity and drive health equity initiatives.

Boma Brown

Boma is an internationally recognized nonprofit leader dedicated to improving maternal and reproductive health through systems change. With more than a decade of experience leading healthcare, research, and policy initiatives, she has secured and managed government and foundation-funded projects focused on advancing health equity, strengthening the healthcare workforce, and improving organizational leadership.

Boma is pursuing dual master's degrees in Law and Nonprofit Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania. She has served in governance and advisory roles with healthcare regulators, universities, and nonprofit organizations, and is widely recognized for her leadership in advancing equitable healthcare systems.

Rita Imonin

Rita has over a decade of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audits, and fund administration, with experience spanning both the federal government and the private sector. She specializes in managing complex, deadline-driven projects while delivering accurate, data-driven financial reporting and operational oversight. Rita holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Minot State University.

Rita brings valuable expertise in financial oversight, organizational operations, and governance, helping strengthen the organization's capacity to advance maternal and reproductive health through sustainable growth and sound stewardship.
